If, after 3 days, you are not completely satisfied with you purchase FOR ANY REASON, simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return the yurt to us in it’s original container. Considering you made full payment.
You can receive a FULL refund for your items once they have been returned (minus shipping or delivery fee). All Returns must be received in like new condition. Restocking fee, or denial of return may result if items are returned in poor condition.

All sales are final after the initial deposit on spring sale.

After the yurt been installed all sales are final. 

We are customer friendly so if you find the yurt just not for you, contact our marketing department. We do what we can to help you resell the yurt. We can give you marketing tips also. No charge if you purchased the yurt from our company.
